Brokenhills Estate Classic Dry - White Consists of Colombard (70%) which is very attractive being flinty and dry as a wine to enjoy with food. However being thin and brittle in character by itself we opted to add 30% Chardonnay to add a little more complexity and substance. The dual
blend obviated the need for oak treatment and the result has been a medium bodied light dry style which works brilliantly
as an aperitif and performs equally well with a surprising variety of food.

addition of Malbec has been especially effective in adding complexity and body to the wine and making it more generous.
